Our ultimate objective is customer satisfaction, and as such, we will handle all returns on an individual case-by-case basis. We proudly stand behind all of the products that we manufacture and sell. Our policy is simply NO-HASSLE, meaning if at any point within 45 days from the original date of purchase you decide that you are not satisfied with SWITLIK Comfort Technology Sleep System you may return the system back to us. We want you to be completely satisfied with the quality, performance, and comfort of your purchase. All returns will result in a credit of the full purchase price of the product via the original payment method less a return handling fee equal to 10% of the manufacturer’s suggested retail price of your sleep system, and less any reductions for damage as provided in this Policy.
Before returning your product, you must contact a SWITLIK Comfort Technology customer service representative to receive a return authorization. We cannot accept your return without prior authorization from one of our customer service representatives. All requests for returns must be made within 45 days after the original date of your order.
If your return is authorized and if you live in the continental United States we will send you a return packaging kit and arrange for pre-paid return shipping within 10 days of your authorization. You must send us your return from the address where we mail you the return kit as we will arrange for a parcel carrier to pick up the packaged returned sleep system from that address. The return kit consists of (i) a pump to reduce the size of the Comfort Chamber, (ii) return packaging, and (iii) a return duffle. We cannot accept any returns which are not packaged in our supplied return kit according to our return instructions. If for any reason you have difficulty or need assistance with packaging your sleep system please call our customer service representatives at 1-844-SWITLIK who are happy to walk you through the process.
A shipping carrier will make up to three (3) attempts to pick up your return at the location where the return kit was delivered. After three (3) unsuccessful pickup attempts, you must contact SWITLIK for instructions to bring the goods to be returned to an approved pickup facility. We must receive your return within 25 days of when your return authorization was issued.
The returned goods must be received by SWITLIK with all parts, materials, and items which were originally delivered to you along with all components included in the return kit. You are responsible for any negligent damages to the goods occurring during your in-home possession. Damaged items may be subject to additional fees upon return.
If your return is approved, you will receive a refund in the amount of the original purchase price of the returned goods less a return handling fee equal to 10% of the manufacturer’s suggested retail price of your sleep system. This refund will be issued within five (5) business days after we receive and inspect your return and will be credited via your original method of payment or a company check at our discretion.
