Finding Your Perfect Comfort
Lie in your normal sleeping position and press the Tap-It-To-Tune-ItTM button to begin letting air out. To find your ideal comfort zone, we recommend fully deflating so you can feel the comfort levels, and how your body adjusts to the changing pressure. Then, get out of bed to fully inflate. Lie back down and start to remove the air again using the Tap-It-To-Tune-ItTM button.
Want to remove more air? Try sitting above the Tap-It-To-Tune-ItTM valve and releasing the air. With your body weight concentrated, you will be able to depress more air from the middle. Then, when you lay down, the Sleep System core will redistribute the remaining air around your body.
As you’re getting started with your Sleep System, we recommend re-inflating your Sleep System every morning. This will help counter any compression that may have occurred during transit.
When should you adjust your SWITLIK Sleep System?
Depending on the day you had, you may need more support than what you needed the night before. Typically, people will change the support when recovering from an injury, illness or surgery, losing or gaining weight, and for new sleeping positions.
Even as we age, our ideal comfort zone will change over time, so we do recommend every few months or so to fully re-inflate the Sleep System and adjust it back to your needs.
